How to troubleshoot Eletta Measuring Instruments monitor not showing correct value?

  To address a monitor not showing any or the wrong value, consider the following: * Verify the monitor is correctly mounted according to the flow direction, using the arrow on the pipe section. * Ensure sufficient flow exists in the pipe to meet requirements. * Confirm the correct orifice plate is installed by checking the stamped values. * If using compression couplings, ensure the inside diameter avoids a 'nozzle' effect. * Check for adequate straight runs upstream (10 diameters) and downstream (5 diameters) of the monitor, and address any valves or bends in multiple planes by repositioning the monitor to achieve sufficient straight runs.

What to do if process liquid/gas is coming out of the Eletta S2 Control Unit?

  If process liquid or gas is leaking from the Eletta Measuring Instruments control unit, it may be due to excessive pressure (over 16 bar/232 PSI) or the process liquid/gas being too aggressive for the rubber sealing. Check the identification plate/tag on the monitor. Note the serial number, flow range, and liquid type before ordering a replacement lever.
