Why is no image displayed on my Elmo TT-02U Document Camera?

  If your Elmo Document Camera isn't displaying an image, several things could be the cause. First, check all cable connections to ensure they are secure. Verify that the AC adapter is properly connected to both the wall outlet and the document camera's power supply socket. Also, ensure the power supply is turned ON (the green light should be lit). If the zoom is set to the TELE side, adjust the zoom settings. If you have just turned the device off and then immediately back on, wait a few seconds before turning it back on again. Finally, ensure that the dip switch is set to the correct image output (RGB/VIDEO).

  If the image on your Elmo Document Camera is out of focus, try these solutions: First, ensure that the object or document isn't too close to the lens; move it further away. If you've been using a wide-angle (WIDE) zoom setting, try focusing at the maximum TELE side limit. If autofocus isn't working, you can manually focus the image.
