How to fix no image displayed on my Elmo TT-02 Document Camera?

  If your Elmo Document Camera displays no image, first check that the cable is correctly connected and that the AC adapter is properly connected to both the wall outlet and the power supply socket of the presenter. Ensure the power supply is turned ON (the green light should be on). Also, verify that the zoom isn't set to the TELE side, showing only white or black. If the unit doesn't start after turning it off and immediately on, wait several seconds before turning it back on. Finally, ensure the dip switch is set to the correct image output (RGB/VIDEO).

  If the image on your Elmo Document Camera is out of focus, first ensure that the document or object is not too close to the lens; move it further away. If you're zoomed in too far (TELE side) after focusing at a wide angle (WIDE side), focus to its maximum limit at the TELE side. If auto focus is difficult to adjust, try focusing manually.

  If the image on your Elmo Document Camera appears striped, this may be due to interference fringes between the dots of printed matter and TV scanning lines or CCD pixels. Changing the projection range may help. If vertical stripes appear on an LCD projector image, manually adjusting the dot clock on the projector may mitigate the issue.
