CheckthelateralplayoftheThreadReleasebymovingit
sidewaysinbothdirectionswithyourfingers.
Ifexcessivelateralplayisfound,slightlyloosentheSetScrew
andpushtheReleaseAxletotheleft,leaveapproximately
0.1to0.2mmoflateralplay.
TightentheSetScrew.

Topreventbreakingofthread,makesurethattheThreadReleasedropsbyitsownweightwhenactionof
springiseliminated.Ifthisisnotthecase,theThreadReleasemustbelinedupuntilthisrequirementismet.
With4mmwrench,loosenslightlythehexnut(infrontof
GuardRingStop)sothattheGuardRingStopisstillheldin
positionbyfrictionagainsttheThreadRelease.
PushGuardRingStopslightlytotheleftorright(asrequired)
until,whileturningflywheelslowlytowardsyou,theGuard
RingStopmovesonlyupanddown,withoutinterfering
laterallywiththeupperguardring.
Whilerunningmachine,checknoisecreatedbytheautomatic
ThreadReleasetomakecertainthatthisnoiseisatitslowest
level.Ifthisisnotthecase,moveGuardRingStopvery
slightlytotheleftorright(asrequired)untiltheleastaud
ible
noiseisobtai
ned.
