OpentheFrontCovertoaccesstheCounter‐Weightonthe
leftendoftheUpperShaft.
CheckthattheTake‐upLeverisnotinthewayofthe
Counter‐Weight.TurntheFlywheelifneeded.
RemovetheFlywheeltoaccesstheCouplingRing.
PressagainsttheCounter‐WeightfromtheLeftwhilealso
pressingagainsttheCouplingRingfromright.
CheckforendplayintheUpperShaft(intheaxialdirection).
Ifendplayisexcessive(max0.03mm/0.0012"),adjustas
follows:
LoosentheSetScrewintheCouplingRing.
PressinontheCounter‐WeightandCouplingRingtoremove
theendplay.
TightentheSetScrewinCouplingRing.
ReplacetheFlywheelandturntheUpperShafttowardsyou
toverifytheshaftturnsfreely,withoutbinding.
