2.28 The system security and anti-theſt functions
2.29 System Arming with Tilt and shock sensor active
Before security arming make sure that:
Ignition switch is off.
ELSER 800V1 and 800V4 have an arming delay of 10sec.
Press remote button 1
Press the remote button 1.
The siren will chirp once, the parking
lights will flash once and within 3
sec. Re-press the same button 1.
The siren will chirp once and parking light will flash
once.
The LCD transmitter will respond with 1 sound and
the icon will appear on the LCD screen confirming
that the system is armed w/tilt and shock sensor.
This function is useful when traveling by ferry boat the
system does not activate the siren from vibrations.
The siren is activated by tilt switch and by opening the
ignition switch.
2.30 System arming tilt sensor active w/shock sensor bypass
The system will emit (2) twice additional siren
sounds and the Parking lights will flash (1) one more
time. The LCD transmitter will respond with 1 sound
and the icon will appear on the LCD screen
confirming that the system is armed with Tilt sensor.
