Note that in case cable (16) gets connected to HCP (5), the bleed off resistors 13 have no more effect for the ESD phenom-
enon. They can be kept away or replaced by a direct (0 Ohm) connection to ground, an alternative is to connect grounding
wire 6 directly to the HCP.
