These are the basic recording operations:
To s ta r t recording:
1. Press the PLAY/PAUSE/POWER button.
2. As you record, the display will show
(a) The name of the file under which the recording will be saved.
(b) The elapsed time of the current recording.
(c) A countdown timer that indicates how much recording time is
possible based on the available storage space.
(d) A recording-in-progress indicator.
To pause a recording, press the PLAY/PAUSE/POWER button.
To stop recording, press the VOL/EXIT button.
Once the recording ends, you can create another recording by
pressing the PLAY/PAUSE/POWER button.
13. Press VOL/EXIT to return to the Mode Selector.
To access audio recordings:
1. Once the audio has been recorded, select the Music Mode from the Mode
Selector.
2. Select All Music for a list of your recordings. (Audio recordings will have
filenames beginning with “VOICE”.)
3. Press the MENU/ENTER button to select an audio recording.
4. While listening to the recording, press and hold the MENU/ENTER button
for the file menu.
14.0 E-Book Operations
14.1 Entering E-Book Mode
To enter E-Book Mode:
1. Use the Mode Selector to select the
E-BOOK Mode.
2. Use the arrow buttons to browse
the list of texts.
3. Press the MENU/ENTER button to
select a text for viewing.
