4.2 Basic Set-up
The QuickPanel
+
Operator Interface is shipped ready for use after initial
configuration.
To power up the unit, connect a dc power supply using the supplied
quick-connect plug. Depending on the application, you may also want to
connect and configure optional input devices, communications ports, and
expansion adapters.
WARNING
•
To avoid personal injury or damage to equipment, ensure that the dc supply is
disconnected from power and the leads are not energized before attaching them to
the unit's power supply input.

If this equipment is used in a manner not specified by the manufacturer, equipment
protection may be impaired.
