Piston/Orifice Replacement (when required)

Piston/ Orifice replacement  e factory-installed piston/orice must be replaced on
Air-Handler / Condenser combitnations noted in table below
. All other applications are
to use the factory-installed orice. To replace the orifce in the noted models use instruc-
tions and chart as follows.
Replacing the piston/orifice
Follow the instructions on page 9 to remove the le end cap.1.
e piston orice (Figure 1, pg. 6) is located in the upper le corner of the unit.2.
Disassemble the orice joint, remove the factory-installed orice, and replace with the 3.
orice listed in Figure 1 (supplied in the Kit Bag). Make sure o-ring is in good condition
and properly installed.
e end cap can remain o while mounting and installing the unit.4.
