Replacing the
SmartSensor Battery

Remove the
Back Plate
Pry the sensor apart slowly
from the bottom. If needed,
place a small at-head screw
driver in the slot at the
bottom of the sensor and
twist gently.
(+) positive side

Install the Battery
Remove the battery
from the holder. Replace the
battery with a CR2450.

Attach the Cover
When the back plate is
mounted carefully attach
the sensor cover to the
back plate; attach the top of
sensor rst and gently push
the bottom until it locks into
place.
