1)
External RESET signal(in) ERS [
M80.1
]
The open(0) Æ close(1) of input signal ERS can reset a controller, and the reset output
signal RST[
M50.2
] is turned ON.
2)
Automatic operation, STEP operation start signal(in) ST [
M80.2
]
This is an effective signal only in an AUTO[
M50.8
], STEP[
M50.A
] mode.
The open(0) Æ close(1) of input signal ST in an auto mode gets the controller to start
automatic operation, execute a machining program, and turn ON the signal STL[
M50.4
] when
starting automatic operation.
The open(0) Æ close(1) of input signal ST in a step mode gets the controller to move a set
distance.
(For a STEP MODE, see the M81, M82, M83, M84, M85, M86, M87.C, M87.D, M87.E, M87.F, M94.6, M94.7, M95,
M96)
However, the following cases are ignored.
- When other modes than AUTO are selected
- When the controller is in an alarm state(The output signal AL [
M50.3
]is ON)
- During a RESET(The output signal RST [
M50.2
] is ON)
- During automatic operation(The output signal STL [
M50.4
] is ON)
In the following cases, stop automatic operation and then turn OFF the output signal
STL[
M50.4
]while starting automatic operation.
- When all execution has been completed.
- When the input signal SP[
M80.3
] was changed to open(0) Æ close(1)
- When a RESET was commanded
- When an ALARM happens
- When the mode was changed
