The axis entered the prohibited area of a stored
stroke limit while the axis moves to the -
direction.
104 Forward direction LIMIT
The limit has been reached by the + direction
limit(input contact X0.0, X0.2) switch of the axis.
105 Reverse direction LIMIT
The limit has been reached by the - direction
limit(input contact X0.1, X0.3) switch of the axis.

200 Invalid string
A command or letter violating syntax took place
during program execution.
201 No selected run programs
A program to be executed in an automatic operation
mode is not selected, or the selected program
doesn’t exist.
202 SOFT LIMIT
Invasion into a prohibited area of STORED STROKE
LIMIT before movement of an axis has been detected.
203 No label to jump
A label cannot be found when seeking an allotted
label by a GOTO, IN0, IN1, IF statement.
204 Out of POINT P TABLE range The point setting has exceeded a range 0~99.
205 Out of Velocity F TABLE range The velocity setting has exceeded a range 0~9.
206 Out of DWELL D TABLE range The dwell setting has exceeded a range 0~9.
207 Too big dwell time
The DWL command value has exceeded a range
(1,000,000=1000 sec).
