Water comes into the powder chamber
Check the dental unit connection
Check the state of the o-rings of the turbine connection
Clean the cap and the powder chamber
Connect the unit to the dental unit (be careful, the powder chamber must be empty)
Check the quality of the spray
Send the unit to an approved EMS repair center
No powder/air jet coming from the
Cut immediately the air input relensing the foot pedal
Wait for 1-2 minutes for the system to decompress
Disconnect the unit from the dental unit
Press the foot control pedal of the dental unit
If no air comes out for the turbine connector, it is your dental unit that causes the problem
If air comes out, it is the device that causes the problem
Unscrew the cap with the top of the wash-hand basin, bus of the powder can be ejected. A sealed appara-
tus, even disconnected, can indeed remain under pressure
Empty the powder chamber and screw the cap back on
Connect the unit to the dental unit (be careful, the powder chamber must be empty)
Connect the handpiece to the unit
Press the foot control pedal of the dental unit
If air comes through the handpiece connector, the handpiece is blocked. Clean the handpiece
If no air comes out of the handpiece connector, the unit is blocked
Send the unit to an approved EMS repair center
Air and/or powder is leaking from the
Check the seal and the cleanliness of the thread on the powder chamber and on the cap
Replace the seal if necessary
The unit effi ciency diminishes
A powder refi ll is perhaps necessary
Send the unit to an approved EMS repair center
