Exchange of on FMG60NaI-crystal sensor assembly
Final testing
After an exchange or repair, a final high potential test must be performed at the FMG60.
This requires a high potential tester with the following characteristics:
adjustable output voltage 500 V AC ... 2.5 kV AC or 800 V DC ... 3.5 kV DC
trigger current 2.5 mA, discharge time 1,5 seconds
rise time for test voltage 2 seconds
Before a high potential test is performed, the connections between the PE terminals and housing must be tested with an Ohm-meter for
minimal transient resistance (= 0,1 ). All signal circuits must be shortened with wire jumpers at the terminals of the FMG60 (see
illustrations).

internal capacitors.
