11. Service
11.1. Service schedule
Carried out by a specialist at initial machine service or no later than 500 operating hours:
- Check the product compliance with the rating plate and user manual.
- Review of points according to section 6.2. Daily inspections.
- Tighten fasteners according to section 6.9. Tightening torque.
- Check the condition of connectors and cabling.
- Check hose routing for wear and pinching.
- Test any load-holding valves, e.g. tilt, grab, lock, as per service manual.
- Shimming, tilt upper section; see section 6.5.1. Shimming, tilt upper section.
- Check lubrication, see section 6.4. Lubrication every 8 operating hours.
- Test control system function – calibration and settings according to existing control
system.
- Check axial and radial play, see section 6.6. Checking axial and radial play.
Every 250 operating hours – ongoing checks performed by operator. See section 6.5.
Service every 250 operating hours.
Every 2000 operating hours/1 year service – to be carried out by a specialist:
- Check the product compliance with the rating plate and user manual.
- Review of points according to section 6.2. Daily inspections.
- Tighten fasteners according to section 6.9. Tightening torque.
- Check the condition of connectors and cabling.
- Check hose routing for wear and pinching.
- Test any load-holding valves, e.g. tilt, grab, lock, as per service manual.
