5 Coolant Filling and Replenishment

Step 7 Open the stop valve at the coolant filling
port, and automatically suck in the
coolant through the vacuum degree of the
pipeline, until the coolant cannot be
continuously sucked through the vacuum
degree.
Pay attention to the coolant level in the coolant
storage tank to ensure that the coolant inlet of
the pump is submerged in the coolant.

Step 8 Open the air discharge valve at the highest
point of the connecting pipe.
Step 9 Refer to Table 3-3 to connect the power
cord of the coolant filling pump to the
corresponding terminal, and then power
on the chiller.
Step 10 Turn on the coolant filling pump to add
coolant.
Step 11 Refer to 4.5 Status to observe the coolant
inlet pressure.
When the coolant inlet pressure is
stably between 0.8Bar and 1Bar, end
the coolant filling.
When the coolant inlet pressure is lower
than 0.8Bar, continue to use the
coolant filling pump to add coolant for
pressurization.
Step 12 After the coolant filling is completed, close
the air discharge valve at the highest
point of the connecting pipeline, close the
ball valve behind the coolant filling port,
then remove the coolant filling pump and
install the maintenance panel below the
chiller.
Coolant Replenishment Operation
Coolant replenishment means replenishing the
coolant when it is insufficient during the operation
of the chiller. The operation steps are as follows:
Step 1 Remove the maintenance panel under the
front of the chiller, and close the ball
valve behind the drain port.
Step 2 Open the air discharge valve at the highest
point of the connecting pipe.
Step 3 Use pipes to connect the coolant outlet of
the pump to the coolant filling port of the
chiller, and the coolant inlet to the
external coolant storage tank.
Step 4 Refer to Table 3-3 to connect the power
cord of the coolant filling pump to the
corresponding terminal, and then power
on the chiller.
Step 5 Turn on the coolant filling pump to add
coolant.
Step 6 Refer to 4.5 Status to observe the coolant
inlet pressure.
When the coolant inlet pressure is
stably between 0.8Bar and 1Bar, end
the coolant filling.
When the coolant inlet pressure is lower
than 0.8Bar, continue to use the
coolant filling pump to add coolant for
pressurization.
Step 7 After the coolant filling is completed,
close the air discharge valve at the
highest point of the connecting pipeline,
close the ball valve behind the coolant
filling port, then remove the coolant
filling pump and install the maintenance
panel below the chiller.
