1.3.11 Operating the truck without its own drive system
If the truck has to be moved after a failure has
rendered it immobile, proceed as follows:
Press emergency stop switch .
Set the key switch “OFF” and remove the key.
Prevent the truck from rolling away.
Remove the front cover(see chapter D
section1.3.2).
Tighten two screws (1) until the truck can be
moved (no braking action).
Set the emergency stop switch “ON”.
Set the key switch “ON”, which the truck
powered all the time.
After setting down the truck at the destination,
unscrew two screws (1).
Braking action is restored!
This operating mode is not permitted when
negotiating inclines and gradients.

Inoperative trucks movement after brake
release must ensure that the power of
the truck is on or risk damaging the truck
controller.
