Recommissioning
The truck may only be recommissioned after cleaning or repair work, once the following
operations have been performed.
Test horn.
Test emergency brake switch.
Test brake.
Lubricate the truck in accordance with the maintenance point.
Do follow the daily checklist.

Final decommissioning, disposal
Final, proper decommissioning or disposal of the truck must be performed in accordance
with the regulations of the country of application. In particular, regulations governing the
disposal of batteries, fuels, Hydraulic oil, plastic and electronic and electrical systems must
be observed.
Tire replacement
The quality of tyres a󰀨ects the stability and performance of the truck. When replacing tyres
tted at the factory, only use the manufacturer’s original spare parts. Otherwise the data sheet
specications of the truck cannot be guaranteed. When changing wheels and tyres, ensure
that the truck does not slew (e.g. when replacing wheels always left and right simultaneously).
Only original tires have been certied by our quality assurance service. To ensure safe and
reliable operation of the fork truck, only tires of the manufacturer must be used.

Check the electrical fuses1.2.1
• Prepare the truck for maintenance and repairs.
• Check condition and rating of the fuses in accordance with your parts manual or service
manual.
CAUTION
Into the fuel tank of hydraulic oil must be ltered, and the injection volume of the hydraulic oil
tank does not exceed the maximum scale.
