Other potential causes include low hydraulic pump pressure (increase pressure via the excess pressure valve), no oil pressure (check hydraulic pump and valves), a check valve installed inverted (install it as per hydraulic installation plan version 1), or blocked hydraulic couplings/excavator valve (check couplings and open the excavator valve).

This can occur if the leakage oil line isn't installed separately, the leakage oil filter isn't maintained, a shut-off valve in the leakage oil line is closed, or a plug coupling isn't correctly latched. Install the leakage oil line as per hydraulic installation version 1 or 2 and measure oil pressure.
