Finish, please move the print-head back to initialized position and start to print, if need to appoint
the initialized position, please press the key ”cleaning” and lead the printer enter media loading
situation, and adjust the columnar media on the top side of the devices。
F．The cleaning to print-head（Manual）
Print-head back to initialized position > Press the ink bursa > Use the soft pipe to connect
The injector with print-head > boost the print-head cleaning liquid in the injector, you will found there
have scrap ink flow to the scrap ink collector > draw the injector back, the ink will refluence > repeat
& Push, for 1-2 times > cover back the ink bursa > use the injector to draw the scrap ink from collector
> restart the printer > check the printing pattern by print-head check software..
Chapter three: the surface processing about the printing media.
A．Coat
One．What’s coat?
As mentioned, the image matured way for this printer is inkjet, for better image quality to this
printer, the ink should with full absorbed performance on the surface of the media, and avoiding bleed
situation。
Due to the multiform performance of the printing media, there will with situation for all media
could not be direct absorbed with the ink, for better quality of the printing outputting, we need to have
the coating job by liquid to be coated on the surface of the media, we call this liquid to “Coat”.
You should care for the coat during operation, because it is belong to a kind of liquid which with
Performance for volatility, and it is transparence. when we have the processing job, it will has no harm
& will not exchange the performance of the printing media. after the processing for coating, it will show
better performance to the image。
Two．Use “Coat”
We have packed the “coat” with canned & bulk, the processing way is different, but effect is the
same, but the use way is different。
a．The using way of the canned coat:
1．Before using the canned coat, please shake the packing can in about half minute, make it be
commixed well, keep the distance at about 20-30cm for the print-head & media, press the spray
nozzle for a symmetrical coating job(Image left)。
2．When the coating job be done, please have the printing job when it dry all, if necessary, please
use dryer to have the coat be dried。
