A The minimum top margin is 4.2 mm (0.17 inch).
B The minimum left margin is 3.0 mm (0.12 inch).
The minimum right margin is 3.0 mm (0.12 inch).
The maximum paper width is 257 mm (10.1 inches) and the
maximum printable width is 203.2 mm (8.0 inches).
For single sheets wider than 209.2 mm (8.23 inches), the side
margins increase proportionally to match the width of the
paper.
C The minimum bottom margin is 4.2 mm (0.17 inch).
