82 Solving Problems

Using On-Screen Help

If the image doesn’t look right or your audio isn’t working, you can

get help by pressing the

? Help button on the projector or remote

control. The following choices are available:

■ No signal or image appears on the screen

■ Problems with sound

■ Language change

Follow these steps to get help:

1. Press the

? Help button on the remote control or projector. You

see the help menu.

2. Use the pointer button on the remote control or the up and

down arrow buttons on the projector to select an option. Then

press the

Enter button to select it.

3. Use the pointer button on the remote control or the up and

down arrow buttons on the projector to highlight the problem

you want to solve. Then press the

Enter button to view the

solution(s).
