Use / to highlight [ON], and then press .
The [Lap Distance] settings screen is displayed.
When [OFF] is selected, the [Settings] screen is displayed (

Use / to set the lap distance, and then press .
You can set the distance in increments of 0.1 kilometers from 0.1 to 10.0 km.
Hold down
/ to speed through the numbers.
After conrming the selection, the [Settings] screen is displayed.
