Security Settings Restrictions See the Restrictions table below
Admin Settings Lets you add or change the
administrator password. If you
choose to add a password, set
the Lock Setting to On to enable
password entry for certain
features and settings.
Program Verification on Start
Up
If enabled, the system checks
whether unauthorized third
parties have tampered with the
program when the product starts
up
Password Encryption Sets an encryption key; select
Encryption Key Backup to back
up the encryption key
Restore Default Settings Network Settings Select Yes to restore all network
settings to their defaults
Clear All Data and Settings Select Yes to restore all settings
to their defaults (except
date/time, length unit, and
language settings)
Firmware Update Update Updates to the latest firmware
Notification Enable or disable firmware
update notifications

When Lock Setting is enabled, the following setting can be enabled or disabled.

Access to Language Allows users to change the display language on
the control panel.
