2 Displays the media settings that are available for the printer based on the search conditions
• Notifications: Click the icon in the column to view additional information for the selected media
settings
• Status: Shows the status of the available media settings
• Registered: Media settings have been downloaded to Epson Media Installer and saved to the
printer or printer driver
• Update Available: Media settings on the server have been updated. Download the selected
media settings again to update them on your printer or printer driver
• Not Registered: Media settings have not been saved to the printer or printer driver
• Not Acquired: Media settings have not been downloaded to Epson Media Installer
3 Downloads the selected media settings from the server and saves it to the printer or the printer

Downloading Epson Media Settings
You can download new or updated Epson media settings from the Media Download tab of the Epson
Media Installer utility.
Note:
• To download and install media settings on the printer, you must be connected to the Internet and to
the printer.
• On Mac, Epson Media Installer requires OS X 10.9.x or later to be installed.
1. Open the Epson Media Installer software.
• Windows 11: On the right side of the Windows taskbar, click the up arrow, click the icon, click
on your product, and then select Printer Settings.
Select the Utility tab and click Epson Media Installer.
• Windows (other versions): Access the Windows Desktop and right-click the icon for your
product in the right side of the Windows taskbar, or click the up arrow and right-click , then
select Printer Settings.
Select the Utility tab and click Epson Media Installer.
