Product Stops Printing Unexpectedly
If your product stops printing unexpectedly, try these solutions:
Make sure the power cable is securely connected.
Check the messages on the control panel. If an error has occurred, follow the instructions on the
screen to clear the error.
If an error occurs during printing, the print queue enters Pause status and stops printing. Do one of the
following to check the status of the print queue:
In Windows, double-click the printer icon in the Devices and Printers, Printers, or Printers and
Faxes folder; if printing is paused, open the Printer menu and clear the Pause check box.
On a Mac, select System Preferences > Printers & Scanners or Print & Fax > Open Print
Queue. Double-click the icon for any printer that is Paused and click Resume Printer.
