Allows the user to send the scanning results to their email address.
Destination and source addresses are xed to the user's email address.

Saves the scan results to the
specied
network folder for each user.
❏ Scan to network folder
Sends the scanning results to the specied network folder.
❏ Scan to email address
Sends the scanning results to the specied email address.
1. Hold the authentication card over the authentication device that is connected to the scanner.
When you login, the functions menu is displayed on the control panel.
2. Load the document to be scanned.

Press Scan Presets.
4.
Select the preset scan name.
e settings for the selected preset scans are displayed.
