5. Check the scanning specications.
When setting changes are allowed, press within the area where the scan settings are displayed to view the scan
settings.
6. Change the scan settings as necessary.
Enter a lename up to 32 characters using A-Z, a-z, and 0-9.
You can add information such as the user ID, date, and time to the
lename.
7. Press OK.
You are returned to the menu in step 5.
8. Press Scan.
Scanning begins, and the scan results are sent to the specied destination.
Storage Function
For printers that support the storage function, you can load the storage function from the printer's control panel.
