❏ When multi-function devices have been allowed, users can print from anywhere.
❏ When the multi-function device is in power-saving mode, it may take some time to recognize the authentication
card. Please your authentication card again.

Select the job that you want to print from the print job list.

❏ New jobs are entered at the top of the print job list. If you modify the le aer sending the print job, select the print
job that has the most recent date to print the le that you modied.
❏ Print jobs that printing is not performed will be automatically deleted when the lapse of time set by the system
administrator. When being eliminated, it is notied to the user by email. Time until a print job is eliminated is
dierent depending on the setting. Contact the system administrator for the set time.
8. Press Print.
Printing starts and the print status menu is displayed.
Note:
❏ Print jobs that have not been completed by the logged in user are displayed in the print status menu.
❏ Displayed credit is calculated according to the print settings. is may dier from the actual credit used by printing.

Unauthenticated Printing (for Windows)
You can perform unauthenticated printing using the same procedure as for a model driver. Select the target printer
when printing and set the print settings.
