4. Cleaning

The unit as well as possible accessories should be regularly cleaned, if required, daily.
Warning:
• Shock Hazard:
Be sure to disconnect the power cord prior to cleaning the unit.
• Equipment Failure:
Devices into which liquids have penetrated must be immediately cleaned and checked by a service
technician before they can be reused.

Use a soft cloth moistened with a mild cleanser to wipe off the unit as needed. Ensure that the
cloth is not fully saturated. A fully saturated cloth may allow liquid to enter the unit and cause
a defect.
Do not use strong household cleaners or disinfectants to clean the unit. This may damage the
unit’s finish and lead to defects.
Recommended are disinfectants like Fugaten spray, lysoform or Promanum N.

Defects caused by improper detergent and disinfectants as well as defects originating from
insufficient cleaning of the unit are excluded from the guarantee.
