This command requests the chamber to return a log of
communication errors.

The log lists the below errors. “1” is returned for errors that
occurred, whereas “0” is returned if they have not occurred up
until to the time this command is sent.
1: An uninterpretable command was sent.
2: A setting command was sent while settings were being made
from the operating panel.
3: A command that is not applicable in the current mode was
used.
4: Parameter error
An alphabetic or other illegal character has been set when a
number is needed.
5: Parameter range error
The setting is outside of setting range.
6: Undefined (Always "0")
7: Undefined (Always "0")
8: Communication errors
