You can create a page using a template or by copying another page whose
setup you like. We will use a template.
Select the Create Page from Template key. When you select a template,
it will be in keyboard size you always use.
Use the Overlay Size option if you want to create a page completely from
scratch. If you select 60, for instance, you will see a page with 60 blank keys
on it.
