5.3 Special conveyors
Configuring special conveyors
The following describes only the configuration of
special versions of fuel conveying systems and the
connections that have to be made for them. All further
configuration steps are to be carried out as in the
previous examples.
The conveyors are controlled in the [SpConv] or
[Agitator] function block up to a drive power of 1.1
kW. This covers all ETA conveyors.
Conveyors with higher drive power or existing
conveyors are controlled in the [Ext. conveyor] function
block. Though these drives are demanded by the
ETAtouch controller, they are not monitored by it.
• Double agitator: 2 agitators supply one boiler.
• Intermediate conveyor screw: an additional
conveyor screw between the agitator and the
boiler.
• Double screw agitator: an agitator with two
conveyor screws supplies two boilers.
