5.3.1 Double agitator
Adding the [Special conveyor] option in the
[Boiler] function block
In all variants of special conveyor, the [Special
conveyor] option must be selected in the boiler
function block.
For this, select the [Boiler] function block the from the
column [Selected function blocks].
Open the option and enable the following:
Press the [Accept] button to save.
Adding the [Special conveyor] function block
twice
To control the individual agitators, each needs
the [Special conveyor] function block, which
therefore needs to be added twice.
For this, select the [Possible function blocks] function
block the from the column [Special conveyor].
Add the function block. For this type of special
conveyor, there are no options to select.
Press the [Accept] button to save.
Use the same procedure to add the second
agitator. For this one also, there are no options to
select.
Creating the [Woodchips] connection
The boiler is a consumer; the two agitators are
producers for it.
Create a new connection by pressing [New
connection] and selecting the [Woodchips] connection
type.
Specify the producers and consumers:
5.3.2 Intermediate conveyor screw
Adding the [Special conveyor] option in the
[Boiler] function block
In all variants of special conveyor, the [Special
conveyor] option must be selected in the boiler
function block.
For this, select the [Boiler] function block the from the
column [Selected function blocks].
Open the option and enable the following:
Press the [Accept] button to save.
Adding a function block [Special conveyor]
The additional conveyor screw (intermediate
conveyor screw) is controlled in the [Special
conveyor] function block.
From the [Possible function blocks] column, select the
function block [Special conveyor].
Add the function block. For this type of special
conveyor, there are no options to select.
Press the [Accept] button to save.
Creating the [Woodchips] connection
The additional conveyor screw delivers the fuel to
the boiler, making it the producer for the buffer,
which is the consumer.
Create a new connection by pressing [New
connection] and selecting the [Woodchips] connection
type.
Specify the producers and consumers:
