  If your Everbilt Water Pump runs but the sink remains full, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the drain screen isn't clogged and clear it if necessary. Also, the discharge line might be blocked; unplug the pump before opening and clearing any obstructions. Check that the shut-off valve is slightly open. The discharge line might be too high or long; in this case, unplug the pump and reduce the height or length of the discharge line to a maximum of 11 feet. Finally, verify the check valve is correctly installed, with the flow arrow pointing away from the pump.
