The warranty for the hardtop will be void if
it is modied in any way or overloaded by
towing too many skiers, wakeboarders or
another boat. Additionally, if items like an-
tennas, spotlights and other accessories are

the warranty could be void. If you intend to
add equipment or make modications to the
hardtop, you should contact your dealer or
Everglades Customer Service to make sure
the equipment you would like to add or the
intended modication will not void the war-
ranty.
11.6 Upper Station (Optional)
Your boat could be equipped with an optional up-
per control station. The upper station is accessed
through a sliding berglass sun roof/helm seat.
The berglass helm typically includes steering,
full engine controls, trim tab controls, jack plate
controls, compass, engine alarms, stop/start but-
tons, and an emergency stop switch. This allows
for complete operation of the boat from the upper
helm. Note that the controls on your boat could
be slightly dierent, depending on the options
selected for your boat.
A welded aluminum frame that is bolted to the
hardtop provides a helm seat backrest, armrests,
cup holders and rod holders. It is accessed by
steps built into the center console and is intended
for one person.
Steps built into the center console provides access
to the upper station from the cockpit. The rst
step is the console foot rest, the second step is
the cup holders and the third step/platform is the
top of the center console. The top step/platform
is also an electronics locker for the lower helm. It
provides the nal step to access the upper helm
seat or a non-skid platform that allows the op-
erator to stand at the upper helm. The platform
is hinged and opens to provide access to install
or service electronics. A “push to close” latch
secures the platform in the closed position and a
cable holds it open and prevents it from hitting the
compass. Grab Rails above the console on each
side of the hard top frame provide hand holds for
safety while accessing the upper helm.
A sliding access hatch/seat in the hardtop above
the top step/platform is opened when accessing
the upper helm seat or operating the boat while
standing at the upper helm. The hatch can be
