1.7 Safety Instructions
All installation and maintenance operations must be carried out by registered engineers
according to the current governing regulations
In case of water leaks:
Remove the electric power supply
Close the main water supply valve
Inform the authorised maintenance personnel
In case the pump is directly connected to an ambient thermostat, make sure that
this is provided with an ON/OFF switch.
We recommend the unit to be checked at least once a year by authorised
maintenance personnel. If the unit is on heavy duty, we recommend to have it
checked more than once per year.
Disconnect the electric supply before starting any work on a ModuSat TP.
1.8 Legislation
All ModuSat TP models intrinsically comply with the current legislation governing the use
of these products including heat control and energy metering.
Each user has no obligations to maintain the units.
Of course the user is not allowed to tamper with metering devices, which are regularly
checked by a supervisor/controller.
The building manager is in charge of all the user’s books as well as that of the main
system. Safety devices like expansion vessels, safety valves, etc. must be installed in the
main boiler room as in any central heating system.
