4. General Operation
4.1. General
Refer to this manual if in doubt as to the operation and/or functioning of the machine. If the manual does not
offer a solution consult the supplier or manufacturer.
The guarantee and/or liability expires if damage is caused by repairs and/or changes made by you. In the
case of malfunctions contact the supplier or manufacturer.
In the case of malfunction always stop the machine and remove the power cable from the wall socket.
4.2. Operation Principles
The machine fills by the rotation of auger screw.
The agitator is to loosen the material within the hopper and prevent accumulation.
The cycle of the machine can be adjusted by modifying the parameter values through the touch-screen HMI.
WARNING: Always start running the machine in the slowest speed before going to higher speed, as product
may fail to fall into the bag before sealing cycle.
The Master switch is used turned ON/OFF the power supply to the machine. It is
necessary to turn off the master switch before maintenance and repair activities.
The Run / Stop switch is used to set the machine ready for operation.
4.3. Operation Checklist
Check if the machine has been connected to the main power supply.
Check if air-pressure gauge reads 6 Bar. (If Applicable)
Check if the emergency stop has been pulled out. If this is not the case, pull out the emergency stop.
Check if all the machine guards are in place.
