IgnitionSwitch
Locatedonrightconsole(seeFigure6).
Theignitionswitchisusedtostartandstopthe
engine.Theswitchhasthreepositions“OFF”,“ON”
and“START”.Insertkeyintoswitchandrotate
clockwisetothe“ON”position.Rotateclockwiseto
thenextpositiontoengagethestarter(keymustbe
heldagainstspringpressureinthisposition).Allow
thekeytoreturntothe“ON”positionimmediately
aftertheenginestarts.

whenthemachinewillnotbeusedforafewdays,
duringtransporttoandfromthejobsite,andwhen
parkedinsideabuilding.
Alignvalvehandlewiththefuellinetoopen.Rotate
90°toclose.
DriveWheelReleaseValves
WARNING
Handsmaybecomeentangledintherotating
drivecomponentsbelowtheenginedeck,which
couldresultinseriousinjuryordeath.
Stopengine,removekey,allowallthemoving
partstostopbeforeaccessingthedrivewheel
releasevalves.

Theengineandhydraulicdriveunitscanbecome
veryhot.Touchingahotengineorhydraulic
driveunitscancausesevereburns.
Allowtheengineandhydraulicdriveunitsto
coolcompletelybeforeaccessingthedrivewheel
releasevalves.
Locatedontheleftandrightsidesunderneaththe
enginedeck.
Duringnormaloperatingconditions,thedrivewheel
releasevalvesarepositionedinfrontoftheslots.If
