The DHCP configuration for WM-AD is done via Summit WM Controller. For more information, see
“Creating and configuring a Routed WM-AD” on page 93.
* The wireless device
requests an IP address
from Wireless AP.
* The Wireless AP forwards
the request to Summit WM
Controller via WM-AD
tunnel.
* The built-in DHCP server
in Summit WM Controller
responds by sending the IP
address to Wireless AP.

the IP address to the
