4.4.4. For Vertical Picket platform handrails, pre-assemble the handrails by inserting a 5/16”-18
x 1” long hex bolts through a 5/16” flat washer, the angle post, and into a 5/16”-18 round
threaded insert in the handrail or square threaded insert in the vertical pickets. Use the
holes shown in FIG. 4.7.
