Steam dispensing - Heating milk for cappuccino
General instructions
Milkisanorganicproduct.Itisdelicateandthereforeeasilyalterable.Heatchangesitsstructure.Fromthemomentthe
containerisopenedandfortheentireperiodofuse,themilkmustbekeptatatemperaturenot exceeding 41°F (5°C);
ourmilkstorageappliancesaresuitableforthispurpose.
Introducethesteamnozzleintothe
milkandlowerthelever.
Halfllatallandnarrowjug.
“basic” version
During steam dispensing turn the
jug slightly to facilitate the frothing
ofthemilk.
When the quantity of froth desired
and a suciently hot temperature
havebeenreached,stopthesteam
dispensingbyraisingthelever.
Importantadvice:thesteamnozzlemustnotbeextractedfromtheliquidbeforestoppingthesteam
dispensing.
Cleaning of steam nozzles
After each use:
• wash the outside with hot water and a clean sponge, removing any food residue. Rinse thoroughly.
• cleantheinsideofthesteamnozzleasfollows:turnthenozzletowardsthecuptrayanddispense
steam at least once, taking great care.
Aftertheuseofthenozzlecleanthe
tube thoroughly with a sponge or a
cleancloth.
Note: at the end of the business day (or, in any case, not more than 24 hours after opening the container), unused
milk must be disposed of.

Warning: perform the operations with the greatest care Use the appropriate insulating devices to
movethewaterandsteamnozzles.
Direct the nozzle towards the basin,
lowerthesteamleverandholditinthis
positionforafewseconds.
Thiseliminatesanycondensationthat
may have formed if a medium/long
period of time has passed between
steamdispensing.
