Toreplacethelter-softeneritisnecessarytoproceedasfollows:
Afterreplacingthewater-softenerlterdispensehotwater
repeatedly until atleast ½litre has been drawn out (for
drawing modes consult the paragraph “Dispensing hot
water”).
Removethebasinandthewatertank,openthetank.
Extractthelter.
Repositionthewatertankandthebasin.
Checkthatthetankisstillcorrectlyengaged.
Rinse the new filter with
running water.
Place it in a container with
alitreofwaterforatleast5
minutes.
Positionthelterinthespecicseatinsidethetank.

that over time lead to the formation of limescale.
 Replacingthe water softener lter at the scheduled expiry dates is fundamental for the quality of the
beverages dispensed and for keeping the machine performing correctly.
