5.2 Technical characteristics.
Electrical characteristics.
The unit has an internal power supply with the following characteristics.
Unit protections.
• Internal 5 A fuse.
• Protection against over-voltage peaks (higher than 36 V D) and reverse voltage. It is also
protected against reverse connection of the power supply, preventing it from starting up.
• Protection against over-current.
Vibrations.
• Sweep sine trial with a frequency step of 1 octave/minute (±10%) and 10 sweeps long.
Packaging and resistance to falls.
• Packaging: Meets the EN 60068-2-32 regulation.
• Free fall packaged according to Fagor regulations (1 meter):
Ambient conditions.
• Relative humidity: 10-95% without condensation.
• Work temperature: 0-45 ºC with an average lower than 35 ºC.
• Storage temperature: Between -40 ºC ( 77 ºF) and +70 ºC (158 ºF).
• Maximum work altitude: Meets the IEC 1131-2 standard.
Degree of protection.
• Front panel: It meets the protection standard IP 65.
• Rear panel: It meets the protection standard IP 2X.
Electrical characteristics.
Input voltage. 24 V DC ±10% and 2 A.
Efficiency. Greater than 80%.
Insulation. 1000 V DC; 1 minute.
9 Hz ≥ f ≥ 5 Hz Constant movement with an amplitude of 3.5 mm.
150 Hz ≥ f ≥ 9 Hz Constant 1g acceleration.
Do not get into the inside of the unit. This unit MUST NOT be opened by unauthorized personnel. Only
personnel authorized by Fagor Automation may manipulate the inside of this unit.
