How to fix a noisy Fanimation Involution FP4520?

If your Fanimation fan sounds noisy, consider the following: 1. Ensure blades are attached before operating. 2. Check that all screws in the motor housing are snug (not over-tight). 3. Confirm the screws attaching the fan blade holders to the motor flywheel are tight. 4. Make sure wire connectors in the switch housing aren't rattling against each other or the housing's interior wall. Ensure main power is turned off before checking! 5. Avoid solid-state variable speed controls, as some fan motors are sensitive to their signals; choose an alternative control method. 6. Securely tighten lock nuts and set screws.
