      If your Fanimation fan isn't starting, begin by checking the main and branch circuit fuses or circuit breakers. Then, inspect the line wire connections to the fan and switch wire connections in the switch housings, remembering to turn off the main power first. Also, replace the remote control battery with a new one. Finally, ensure the reversing switch is fully set to one side.

      To reduce excessive wobble in your Fanimation fan, make sure that you securely tighten both setscrews and nuts in the downrod support. Also, tighten the setscrew in the downrod/hanger ball assembly. Check that the screws securing the fan blade to the motor assembly are tight. Finally, ensure the hanger bracket screws are tightened to the outlet box, and the outlet box itself is secure.
