1.3 Installation
WARNING
Before undertaking installation work, switch off
the following:
- the operating voltage supply and the load voltage
supply on the higher-order system
(e.g. CP field bus node)
- if necessary, the separately supplied load voltage.
You thereby avoid:
– unintentional movements of the connected
actuators.
– undefined switching states of the
electronic components.
WARNING
Connect the earth cable on the side of the housing
(see Fig. 1/1) with low impedance (short cable with
large cross-sectional area) to the earth potential.
In this way you can avoid interference caused by
electromagnetic influences.
