#01 Over temperature
The working temperature has exceed
the operating temperature of the panel.
#02 Empty tube
There is no fluid in the tube or the fluid
conductivity is less than 5us/cm.
#03 Sensor disconnection
Sensor is not correctly connected or
there is abnormal on the excitation
current which will cause sensor the
sensor unable to receive signal.
#04 Circuit abnormal
I/O fail and cause the sensor unable to
receive signal.
#05 Simulation mode
Sensor is set to be in simulation mode.
#06 Electrode coating
The electrode is covered with none
conductivity material.

#21 Over flow rate
Current flow rate is higher than the max.
flow rate detection.
#22 Below flow rate
Current flow rate is lower than the max.

#23 Pulse out over 8Khz
Pulse output value has exceed the
hardware setting max. value. Need to
adjust the pulse value.

The total flow calculation has been reset
