6. FLOOR PREPARATION
6.1 Floor space requirements
Ensure that a free zone (hatched on the figure below) remains available around the terminal
to allow its use by maintenance operators and users:
20 cm at the rear and on the sides of the terminal,
1 meter in front of the terminal.
In order to guarantee the best energy efficiency, the terminal must be installed so as to avoid
any occultation, even partial, of the solar panel.
In particular, the shadows borne by trees, bus shelters, advertising panels, roof overhangs
or others, can reduce the energy autonomy of the terminal.
